Bayer Leverkusen have once again produced a dramatic stoppage-time equaliser to extend their unbeaten run. The Werkself came from behind to snatch a 2-2 draw against VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga on Saturday, with Patrik Schick scoring the crucial goal in the 94th minute.
Stuttgart had taken the lead through Serhou Guirassy in the 29th minute, but Leverkusen equalised just before half-time through Florian Wirtz. The visitors then regained the advantage through Borna Sosa in the 68th minute, but Schick's late strike ensured Leverkusen extended their unbeaten run to seven games.
The draw keeps Leverkusen in fourth place in the Bundesliga table, while Stuttgart remain in 16th place.
